This three-hour workshop with Dr. Ram Mani Bhandari is a comprehensive theoretical and practical session. It provides an introduction to traditional Ayurvedic massage with an emphasis on the marmas (energy points) that are located on the head. During the workshop, you will learn how to perform an Ayurvedic head, neck, and face massage in a sitting position. You will also be taught about the significance of marma points and pressure points in the head region. You will be taught how to choose Ayurvedic oils to suit a particular body constitution or dosha. You will also receive course handouts with theoretical
